Tickets and ticket transfers are available through the MLB Ballpark App. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be forwarded.
For assistance accessing your tickets, please contact the Surprise Stadium Box Office at 623-222-2222 or visit the box office on game day.
Parking is free for general admission guests. Parking is accessible via Buck O’Neil Way from Paradise Lane on the north side of Surprise Stadium. Please refer to the Surprise Stadium parking map for details

Gates will open for the general public one hour prior to the first game each day with entry through the Third Base, Center Field, or First Base gates.
Home Plate Reserved ticket holders receive early entry through a dedicated lane at the Third Base Gate, with access beginning 90 minutes prior to the first game each day, before gates open to the general public.
The following bags are permitted:
- Small clutch bags or wallets no larger than 8” x 10”
- Clear tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Medical and diaper bags
All seating is general admission except for Home Plate Reserved sections (101–106) on Friday, Feb. 13 through Sunday, Feb. 15. Sections 101–106 are reserved exclusively for Home Plate Reserved ticket holders during those dates.
All seating on Monday, Feb. 16 is general admission.

All games will stream live on FloCollege, the official broadcast partner of the College Baseball Series.
New in 2026! Each team will host an autograph session along the third base concourse during tournament weekend. Autographs are limited to 30 minutes or the first 100 guests, whichever comes first. Limit one signed item per guest.
Autograph sessions are subject to change at the discretion of each program.
- Arizona: Following the 6 p.m. game on Friday, Feb. 13
- Oregon State: Following the 2 p.m. game on Saturday, Feb. 14
- Stanford: Following the 12 p.m. game on Sunday, Feb. 15
- Michigan: Following the 4 p.m. game on Sunday, Feb. 15
TICKETS - Home Plate Reserved tickets include access to all games Friday through Sunday. Tickets for Monday’s game (Michigan vs. Oregon State) must be purchased separately.
PREMIUM PARKING - Premium reserved parking is included with Home Plate Reserved tickets and is accessible via Buck O’Neil Way from Paradise Lane.
- Parking is first come, first served
- Overflow parking will be available if the lot fills
- Please show your digital ticket to the parking attendant upon arrival

EARLY ENTRY - Home Plate Reserved ticket holders receive early entry 90 minutes prior to the first game each day, before gates open to the general public. Entry is available through a dedicated lane at the Third Base Gate.
SOUVENIR ITEMS - Home Plate Reserved souvenir items (hat, lanyard, and commemorative credential) may be redeemed at the Home Plate Reserved Check-In Table, located inside the Third Base Gate.
- Souvenir pickup is available each day of the tournament
- Pickup times align with Home Plate Reserved gate opening times
- Limited to one (1) item per seat purchased
- Once redeemed, no additional items will be provided
